Return Window
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• In original packaging

• With all tags intact

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@fitiin.store with your order number and issue. We’ll reply with next steps and return address.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale/discounted items

• Worn or washed items

• Custom-made products

Damaged/Wrong Item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Exchanges
We recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
